Right now in the Innovation Academy, we are starting the process of looking at different topics that we could pursue based on the economy of Peru. So in order to find out information, besides researching on the computer, we decided to go around the school and interview teachers or students who were free. Whenever I walked up to someone whom I wanted to ask question about Peru's economy I began by saying, "Would you mind if I could ask you a few questions based on Peru's economy?" If they did not know me I quickly introduced myself before asking the question. Once we all finished collecting data from our interviewees we shared them as a class and began to generate new topics for our documentaries. However, it was surprising to see who new the most about the economy of Peru and what was going on with it. Those people tended to be the ones most effected by it.

It's so true, going around and talking to people helped us learn a lot. While I was talking to people I realized the economics illiteracy in FDR. Many people don't know a lot so this was a great opportunity to ask them what they want to learn about. This could be possible documentary topics that will serve them.
