Honestly, I have never be very fond of reading. In reading The Secret of the Seven Seeds by David fischman has felt different. Different because I cannot stop reading the book. It is incredibly well written. The analogies that are used frequently help visualize and understand everything perfectly. Much of what is talked about in the book involves meditation giving it also a sense of peace and relaxation when reading, at least for me. Favorite Quote so far: "Ignacio, the human mind is like an iceberg. The conscious mind is the tip that is outside the water. But that iceberg has immense mass of information submerged under the water that we cannot see: the unconscious."
